Benita Stafford-Smith is a Master Certified Coach, by the International Coach Federation (ICF), with 20 years of experience and hundreds of satisfied clients along the way. She is also an accredited Coach Supervisor, by the Coaching Supervision Academy, and a certified Systemic Team Coach. 

Benita's vision is to contribute to society by aligning purpose and meaning, one client at a time. She is a strong advocate for self empowerment. Throughout her career, Benita helped many professionals refine their personal and professional goals, and overcome daily challenges, unfortunately common to most of them.

 

Having this in mind, Benita realized she would be able to impact more people by developing an online program that people all over the world can benefit from on-demand, without any pressure or schedule constraints. This is how INSPIRE THE FIRE WITHIN was born.

 

In parallel, Benita is deeply committed to SUPERVISION and takes only a couple of clients at a time, along with several webinars a year for big groups to raise awareness to the importance and impact of having a supervisor.
