WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF COACHING SUPERVISION?

If you are an executive coach (external or internal), a leader or a manager take a look at this video where Benita explores what supervision will do for you and your clients/teams.
Benita also explains what you should expect from a supervision session with her.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Sessions are usually scheduled once a month, upon mutual agreement on time and date.
Every session is delivered online and it only requires you to have an internet connection, a mobile or computer and a quiet place where you can focus and take advantage of the moment.
Before the first session, both supervisor and supervisee sign a confidentiality agreement

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

I'm very happy to have had the opportunity to attend Benita's supervisions sessions. Deep work with inner barriers, supportive environment in the group, mastery work with metaphors. Thanks to Benita's supervision, my limitations changed, I obtained better understanding of both my clients and my dynamics during the sessions and gained a clear vision of my role and areas of further development as a coach.

Elena Chelokidi, ICF PCC, Russia

Supervisions with Benita allowed me to solve several important issues, figure out who I am as a coach and how to be calm and confidence to move forward! I remember our sessions with great warmth. What a  comfortable and cozy space Benita creates!

Irina Mikhailina, ICF ACC, Russia

Benita creates a very trustful environment, where you feel safe and free, as well as each supervision is an opportunity to look at the issue from a different perspective (sometimes a very unexpected one).

Kristina Solntseva, ICF PCC, Russia

I have attended a wonderful supervision course with Benita. I wasn't aware of its impact immediately, but now, every time I finish a coaching session, I start feeling it. Benita is a magician! I feel such a joy while coaching, enjoying the process and the results, I can go deep and return back only when the session is over.
Our sessions over 6 month, only 9 hours, were of great importance to me; it is not only problem solving, it is a school of coaching mastery, development of the skill of feeling each other.

Olga Gurskaya, ICF PCC, Turkey

Every supervision session with Benita is like a taking a sip of the elixir of life. Sometimes you come to her with a clear request and understanding what exactly you want to change in yourself, but can't  do it by yourself. Sometimes you come when nothing is clear, it's not even clear what exactly is not clear. And you always come out after a supervision conversation as new. Spiritual wounds are mended, thoughts are reassembled and the sun of confidence looks out from behind the clouds. It is amazing that after the sessions it becomes clear how to correct your mistakes at the system level and at the same time bright images help to build a motivation to do things differently from now and achieve new personal and professional achievements.
